  • Packages for my wellness program let you have Pilates classes once or twice a week. You can choose to participate in the Pilates classes in-person, online, or a hybrid.

  • Your postural analysis is completed during your first session and helps me understand your alignment, muscle imbalances, and movement patterns. From this, I create a custom Pilates program designed to improve your form, strength, and daily posture.

  • Each 15-minute coaching call gives you personalized accountability, mindset support, and guidance for your goals. We review your progress, adjust your wellness plan, and work through any habits or challenges that are getting in your way.

  • Your journal prompts are created around your goals and help you develop healthier thought patterns and habits. They’re simple, supportive, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy principals to reprogram unhealthy thoughts hindering your personal growth.

  • Your weekly meal plan is tailored to your dietary preferences, lifestyle, and wellness goals. It’s designed to be realistic, balanced, and supportive of your energy, mood, and overall physical health—not restrictive or overwhelming.
