Peace and blessings, I’m Taylor Cherisse. I’m a classically trained Mat Pilates instructor and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach Practitioner who loves all things wellness!

My teaching style and Pilates programs are grounded in the foundational principles Joseph Pilates believed in, just with an added layer of mindfulness practices that really help you lock in and connect to your body.

My philosophy is simple: the mind flows and the body follows. My Pilates method not only encourages mind-body connection, it also promotes appreciate for progress rather than perfection.

In my classes we move, we journal, and we use sound therapy for balanced restoration post workout. If you leave feeling confident and more at peace, then my work is done!
