Our Story
“Mind Flow” is a state where movement feels intentional, healing, and grounded. Not rushed, not performative, not overwhelming.
Our mission is to help you build strength, awareness, and confidence through mindful movement, and to show you that your wellness doesn’t have to be complicated to be transformative.
Meet the Instructor
Hi, love! I’m Taylor, the founder of Mind Flow Pilates.
As a woman who has been entangled with movement her entire life, whole life, I know just how good it feels to connect with your body and push the limits of your physical capabilities. My ultimate goal is to help other’s find the joy in a building a mind-body connection.
I grew up cheerleading and dancing professionally through most of my youth. Before becoming a Pilates instructor, I managed some of New York City’s top-rated wellness spas. That experience shaped my understanding of what women truly need: safe spaces, compassionate guidance, and routines that fit the reality of their lives.
In 2022, I received my CBT Coach Practitioner certification from CTAA, deepening my work in emotional wellness and the mind-body connection. And in 2023, I published three guided journals for women to serve as affordable tools to nurture clarity, reflection, and self-awareness. Those journals helped inspire the heart of this brand: that movement and mindfulness belong together.
Today, my teaching brings together classical Pilates, mindful journaling, and sound bowl therapy to support your physical alignment, emotional grounding, and spiritual connection.

The Mind Flow Method aims to strengthen mind, body, and soul by focusing on three key elements of overall wellness: movement, mental clarity, and nervous system support.
-
We offer with a CBT based therapeutic journaling guidance, giving you the opportunity to reflect and release with what’s happening beneath the surface of your consciousness.
-
The classical mat Pilates workouts are the core of Mind Flow. Each online Pilates class is designed to improve core strength, body awareness, and alignment. Most workouts are mostly beginner-friendly and always guided with cues that help you understand your body better.
-
We close each Pilates session with sound bowl therapy, allowing your body to settle, your breath to deepen, and your spirit to ease into a state of serenity that relaxes your nervous system.
