    Gentle Pilates (30 minutes)

    We’ll start by reconnecting to the body with a beginner-friendly mat Pilates session designed to release tension, improve posture, and help you feel present in yourself again.

    No experience needed.
    Just your body, your breath, and a little space to move.

    Therapeutic Writing for Feminine Mastery (40 minutes)

    This guided writing workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice and emotional clarity.

    We’ll explore prompts around:
    • Self-image and the way you see yourself
    • Emotional intelligence and honoring your feelings
    • Setting boundaries to protect your feminine essence
    • Deepening your connection to your feminine energy

    You won’t be asked to share anything unless you want to.
    This is your private space to process, release, and reconnect.

    Sound Healing Integration (15 minutes)

    We’ll close with a grounding sound healing session to help your body integrate everything you’ve moved through.

    This is your moment to lie down, soften, and let your nervous system settle.
